Competency Cards

For a piece of giveaway collateral, I designed these Competencies Card Packs, that show a group of competencies for Graduate Recruitment (as the brief was for Grad season, and collateral given away at graduate recruitment event). Each individual card has a competency and a quote related to it on the front side, as well as some descriptions, metrics and graphs on the other side to show validity for testing them with Talegent. The collateral was highly successful and popular as we ran out very very fast and was in the talks of the people at NZAGE and AAGE graduate recruitment events.
