Talegent is a company that combines psychometric science, technology, design and data analytics to provide assessments and solutions for finding the right candidate for the right job and company fit. The assessments can test for a variety of different competencies that include personality, cognitive, and value competencies. As Head of Design at Talegent, I worked with the team for 4 years and developed my design skills in many different areas including:
Designing print & digital collateral for the company and its clients
Creating UX/UI designs for the platform
Conceptualising new digital products and upgrades to existing ones
Filming, editing & animating promotional videos & client content
Managing a small marketing team to maintain social media & website posts.
